Hi everybody, here's my data:
Chuck Crane Age 58, Wife June Peterson-Crane
Daughter 16 and son 12 who live with my ex-wife in Kansas City.
We live in New Ulm, Tx midway between Houston and Austin, Tx and have 2
gift
shops and a small restaurant in historic buildings in nearby Bellville.  We
also own a 1927 Gulf Station in tiny Fayetteville, Tx.  (You can see our
station on the web at www.gulfhistory.org (archives of events) as we hosted
the 4th National Meeting of the Gulf Oil Historical Society in Sept 02)

I grew up in the hobby having attended the first MARC national meet at the
Ford Rotunda in Dearborn, Mi in 1955.  As my father was a founding member
of
MARC in Michigan, I literally grew up at the Ford Museum and Greenfield
Village
as we met there each month.

I've belonged to AACA since 1970 and belonged to two different regions
while
I was active duty Air Force.  I belonged to Crescent City Chapter in New
Orleans
for some 18 years and Gulf Coast Region in Houston for 12 years.
I've served as President of GCR two years and VP for 5 years.  We recently
joined Central Texas AACA in Austin.  I will serve as Chief Judge for the
2006 Spring National Meet we will be hosting in Central Texas.  Both June
and I are AACA Senior Master Judges.

We have a total of 12 cars including two in boxes (1915 Model T Roadster
and
1931 Model AA Fuel Truck).   With these we have 4 brass Model T's, 4 1931
Model A's, a 1933 Ford V8 Coupe, 65 Mustang Convertible, 66 Mustang coupe
and 1929 REO Speedwagon firetruck.  We attend AACA National Meets when we
can but we do make Hershey each year.  We co-hosted the 27th Texas T Party
at our Gulf Station in October 2004 with 94 Model T's in attendance.

I retired from 29 years with Shell Exploration & Production Company a year
ago to pursue our business interests.  Both June and I also retired from
the
Air Force Reserve with 24 and 28 years respectively in active duty and
reserve components.

I'm looking forward to working with all of you on this focus group.
